Kathmandu: IMS Care which has 18 authorized service centers all over Nepal, has reopened its IMS Care Service Center at Tamrakar Complex, Pako, Newroad, Kathmandu on 17th July, 2019. The service center was renovated to keep up with the latest infrastructure and to provide world class after sales service experience to its customers. The service center was inaugurated by the Mr. Yubeom Won, Managing Director and Vice President, Samsung Electronics, IMS Group Chairman , Mr.Deepak Malhotra, accompanied by IMS Group President and CEO Mr Dikesh Malhotra and Mr. Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, General Manager, Samsung Electronics Nepal.
